Vacation Scholarships

Background

The principal aim of the Centre is to aid in the discovery and characterization of molecular components and control mechanisms that drive energy metabolism in plant cells.

Opportunities are now available for undergraduate students to spend time and gain research experience in the centre as vacation scholars.

 

Located on the West Coast of Australia (University of Western Australia) are:

Director:	Professor Ian Small
Chief Investigators:	Professor Harvey Millar
	Professor Stephen Smith, and
	Professor James Whelan

 

Located on the east coast of Australia are:

Deputy Director:	Professor Murray Badger
Chief Investigators:	Associate Professor Barry Pogson
	(both situated at the Australian National University), and
	Professor David Day (University of Sydney).
